Everything was good, just took about 20 minutes for a coffee and egg bites with no one in person
Got a matcha and it was fantastic! Person at the kiosk was friendly and helped me with customizing my drink! Overall this is one of the best Starbucks I’ve been too and I hope the company sees what these guys are doing and appreciate them!
I have ptsd from being abused when I was younger. In addition to being, high functioning, but on the spectrum. People that work here think it’s funny to do things to trigger me. I don’t think it’s funny or alright. I’m homeless currently and come here to read and for some reprieve. It’s not enjoyable to be mocked, and harder to want to brush it off when I’m typically on edge. Additionally I believe they put something in my drink recently. You never know what someone else is going through be mindful when judging.
Cashier didn’t greet me when I greeted her. I Carmel latte was no taste . Taste like just oatmeal no coffee
This location has been closed on 2 occasions when I was hoping to visit before grocery shopping. Disappointing. Costumer service is also underwhelming.
