I went in there this morning and ordered a bagel and cream cheese. I was preoccupied with work stuff. The young woman who took my order had shoulder-length light hair. When she brought my bagel, somehow the point-of-sale machine did not show the screen with the total payment, nor did I see the screen where you could choose a tip or get a receipt. I am surprised to see the casher rolling her eyes on me when I was trying to confirm whether I have paid the juice(I forgot to pick it up after paying). And no one called after my order is ready. The employees should be trained to be more professional and show common respect customers/people.
The barista made me feel like I was trying to get free milk for my customized drink. If there’s a charge, I’d happy to pay, but I don’t think it’s fair to assume otherwise. Gave me a disgusting drink and insulted me in my face was really dismissive and unprofessional.
Slow and busy, but friendly staff and good drinks.
