I ordered the chai latte as usual, and I used my alias Sam. However, they got Sam wrong! Unbelievable and preposterous. They wrote Sah. Crazy. Also, I ordered the grande and got the regular. Was bummed. Nevertheless, the chai was perfect as usual so it deserves 4 stars.
There is a marked change in service and food quality level since I started coming to this Starbuck. I have been a CMU parent coming to campus for four years. During graduation, I decided to give this place a final chance since I had vowed not to come back because of poor service and anti-customer vibes by some of the staff.
