Staff is extremely rude or cold when spoken to. When I had my order taken they seemed annoyed, when I pickup an order & asked for a straw since there wasnt any out, they seemed extremely annoyed when I politely said "excuse me, there isnt any straws over there." They seem annoyed with ANY interaction, even if you glance at them and say HI. I understand sometimes theres a rush going on, but even when there isn't ,they're rude.
