Waited in line at the register as the only person in line for more than 5 minutes while two employees stood right next to the register doing nothing productive. Finally another employee who was in the middle of multiple tasks helped me. When she asked the other employee who ignored me very politely to do her job, that employee threw a temper tantrum to rival that of a 4 year old. This location is a gem! ***And the staff are off the charts!!!*** They are warm, helpful, proactive, authentic. And they strike the perfect balance of talking to customers to make them feel welcome, but also stepping back so people can do work/talk to others in peace. How do they do that so well?
