Ordered two venti drinks and they gave me one that wasn’t filled. This is ridiculous if I am paying almost $15 for two drinks I expect them to meet my expectations. Theres no excuse for this poor service. Be aware when ordering from this location. This was an uber eats order, but this has nothing to do with uber eats, this is a Starbucks inconsistency issue.
I was picking up an order and asked for a water because it is 102° outside today. I was denied a water because I wasn't making a purchase inside of the store. 🙃

I've had so many negative experiences at this location, and today was the final straw. The only reason I've continued coming here is because it's conveniently located near my job. Over the years, I've encountered rude customer service on multiple occasions, especially when asking for my drink to be remade.
