I don’t usually place complicated orders, however, I agreed to a dare & was determined to enter my submission into the Secret Menu Contest. The app wasn’t making it easy for me but Seth stepped up & handled it all so smoothly. The finished product was this beauty of a drink that looks like the cosmos & tastes like a vacation. This location needs to improve on how to make your order correctly
Im rating today's experience only since I do visit this location often. My drink was about an inch too low and filled completely with ice. By the time I took a few drinks, it was almost gone. The gentleman in the Drive-Thru was moving way too fast and obviously overwhelmed, causing him to ignore the usual Starbucks customer service. I felt rushed so i didnt get a chance to look at my drink before i left the drivethru.
