Came here looking for a popular glass that was recently released. There were none out on shelf, but the friendly barista looked in back, and they had 1. Made my wife's day, so thank you to that person.
Just absolutely horrible customer service. Completely careless team members. Starbucks, losing the value by discriminating against regular humans. You have to be messed up in the head wear rainbow jacket in order to get service seems like it. Very sad.
