I always come to this Starbucks location because they make my drink perfectly every time ☕️🤍 The team is always kind, welcoming, and the service is amazing. It really became my favorite location. Thank you for always making my visits so nice! 😊
In my 2 years of coming here, this will be my worst experience at this Location. According to your server Maddie , my side order of a cup of hot water will cost me 4.25. I expected to be charged but not as much as a large cup of matcha tea. This will be the last time for my family and I to come here. Your staff members should have better training and supervision.
Omg this place makes me so mad. Every other Starbucks I go to never messes up my order but this one does every single time. I even quit going to it bc of this but went by today bc it was so close and I figured surely after this long of not going they wouldn’t mess it up and sure enough another messed up order. I ordered a venti Carmel frap with 2 shots and the cup lined with Carmel and double blended.
