2nd time I have had a bad experience at this Starbucks. First time lady “couldn’t” understand my order I just wrote it off as she’s having a bad day. This time I did a mobile order and my matcha drink was not green so I parked and went in. As I’m holding the drink I point to the sticker and say I ordered a matcha drink the girl is just staring and I have to point out matcha drinks are green? Bad, bad services, Kurtis take my order and I wasn’t finish and he left to start helping the drive thru and left me waiting for him. That was so rude. So disappointed.
We love this Starbucks.
No one is ever available at the pick up counter. They get drinks out fine but never food. I could visibly see my lunch order sitting getting cold behind the counter and couldn't flag anyone to give it to me. Had to wait in line to ask the cashier for help. Sandwich was already a soggy mess once it got to me. I order ahead of time on the app to avoid this but never can.
