The barista was great and super considerate! While we waited, there was nowhere to sit. Despite there being multiple counters, there were only 4 chairs and there wasn't any open spots for 40 minutes. My mom and I were left standing for almost the entire time.
This was by far the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. The baristas were incredibly rude, constantly rolling their eyes and openly gossiping about customers, which created an unwelcoming and uncomfortable atmosphere. Their lack of professionalism was disappointing, and it was clear that they had little regard for customer service. Overall the experience was horrible. For the grandmother the works there,she has nasty attitude!!!Specially for the morning run to get to get coffee and you happy go somewhere else. Otherwise your whole mood will change. I never had experience like this starbucks. Starbucks get it together!!! A smile and being nice doesn't cost much. Went to get a matcha and was handed a horrible colored matcha. It was so milky so I requested a new one and she gave me the most ugliest attitude and whisperer something to her partner. Horrible.
