Came in to buy a nitro cold brew with little time to spare, and they delivered despite being so busy. Shoutout to Luis for the excellent customer service. I’m definitely coming here again
For along time I paid with my Starbucks app but in this place they don't allow a card from US bank. So I paid cash my coffee was $6,95 and I only received $11.81 so my coffee cost me $8.24
The barista was great and super considerate! While we waited, there was nowhere to sit. Despite there being multiple counters, there were only 4 chairs and there wasn't any open spots for 40 minutes. My mom and I were left standing for almost the entire time.
This was by far the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. The baristas were incredibly rude, constantly rolling their eyes and openly gossiping about customers, which created an unwelcoming and uncomfortable atmosphere. Their lack of professionalism was disappointing, and it was clear that they had little regard for customer service.
