I had made an order on the app just to make easy when I get to the tell the person my order name. He’s next time gives us more time when it was kinda empty I don’t think it was necessary since I was not in a rush it just was the way he said it I believe he’s name was Brian since his tag was not very clear

To the young man at Mt Vernon From Beverly I didn't get his name dang it but he took my call about not getting my banana bread. I was preparing for the worst and he left me speechless with his customer service..ugh I'm sorry I don't remember your name but your a special type of person. I have to say my order was made correctly. But the service was poor. And they also need to make sure they train and educate their baristas on the policies.
