Terrible, won’t take your order correctly and will make you wait forever
Since when doesn’t Starbucks have somewhere you can sit and charge your phone or computer while enjoying a coffee? Just make a coffee shack instead! Also, the latte seemed real weak and doesn’t taste anything like I’ve had previous.
There is a barista named jazelle Who works the window who is very passively aggressively rude. I asked to speak to a manager once she refused to even give me the name. It took two workers to give me the name Mike and still said he’s unavailable for me to speak with. Save yourself the frustration this Starbucks has the worst customer service
