The staff treats customers as if they're less than. I shouldn't have to purchase anything to receive a cup of water. ESPECIALLY IF IM WILLING TO PAY FOR THE WATER. WORST SERVICE EVER. Definitely one of the reasons I stopped going to this specific location!! I wish I could give zero stars
The young man who was all on his own at almost closing time(8:45pm), was outstanding and gave great coffee and good customer service, all this while having more cars behind us on the drive through...this dude needs a raise NOW !!
