Well, walked in 12:10pm on 5/29 and stood around for a few minutes and not a single person in line or the drive thru and 5 girls were just giggling and laughing in the back and refusing to come take my order. I made eye contact, but then they would look away and laugh. They don’t need my money or business I guess. Management can check the video footage to verify this. Too many other businesses to support in this town.
I don't love Starbucks as a company, but I wanted to give a shoutout to Shari for remaking a drink that I had incorrectly ordered. It was Christmas eve and she was surprisingly busy so late in the afternoon. She was kind and give me feedback on how to order what I want in the future.
Bought 5 drinks every single one of them was made wrong and took forever to get
