I’ve been going to the Starbucks in Ontario for 10+ years and never had a problem. I recently moved to Mansfield and this location is now much closer. It is a complete 180 in the worst ways. The baristas are always standing around talking and will actively take a break from making your drink to tell a story to a coworker. THE AMOUNT OF ICE that they put in these drinks is insane. Nothing but paw-sative things to say! The barista was sweet to give me a pup cup for my dog and even asked how big the dog was so she got a larger size than normal since she is a Bernese mountain dog. Thank you so much to the great staff.!!
I'm a local that goes here up to 4 if not more times a week and at least 2x a week my drink is wrong we ordered 2 drinks this morning and both of them were wrong missing items on the slip which is what happens frequently here the baristas as a whole need to do a bit less talking about their personal lives and pay attention to people's orders and what they are wanting, yes I know it's time consuming but they pay for what they are asking for and you are there not for a paycheck only but yo provide quality customer service and ... read more
