Love the drinks but seriously have had struggles with a simple bagel with cream cheese. I even wrote it off as a bad day and have tried 3 more times since. I usually door dash it and click cream cheese and they tried to blame the door dasher on not getting it. The bag is sealed and the labels on the bagel said cream cheese. Then tried the next day and requested extra cream cheese and paid for it not one cream cheese in the bag. Then today went got two bagels and one came with cream cheese the other nothing.

Everyone I have interacted with has been nice and helpful and very good customer service but I would like to specify a specific employee named Landon …. He is the sweetest soul and he provides exceptional customer service with a big nice smile and a wonderful greeting. I go there every day. He has learned what I like he finishes my order.
