I love that there's a Starbucks in Albertson's. I'm able to be a treat while I'm running errands. The barista that was working today was great! She got my order squared away. I did have a couple gift cards I was using and she just went through them like a champ until I was cashed out. I did ask the barista how her Christmas was. This morning I went to buy and the woman kept me standing there without answering until she felt like saying wait. She just ignored me, terrible service.
The lady who usually works here with the bangs is PHENOMENAL. She’s super kind and always on top of it. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because today we went in and there was a girl with pink hair and ZERO customer service skills. I understand Starbucks probably isn’t your dream job but she didn’t even greet us she just stared at me until I ordered and then when my drink was ready I didn’t realize cause she didn’t say ANYTHING.
