The food is the same, and the spot itself is great — easy parking and a cute patio. But the service is horrible. You can wait 15 minutes just for an Americano, and once I waited over 20 minutes for simple egg bites. I always place my order early, but it doesn’t help. Even when they’re not busy, you still end up waiting way too long. Really annoying.
This was hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks. The staff made us feel completely unwelcome from the moment we walked in. When I asked Sasha for the bathroom code, she refused and questioned whether we’d made a purchase. We were about to, but I needed to use the restroom first. Only after I said I was making a purchase did she finally give the code. I love this Starbucks, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They treat you like one of their own. Thank you for great service!
Stopped by this location on my way to Carlsbad. Great location, just off the freeway. The service was fast and efficient. The only drawback is the indoor seating area is on the smaller side. I tried the pecan latte. It was good.
