Just had the most genuine interaction with the woman working the drive thru line today. Her name was India, and she was so genuine and it actually felt like she was talking with you instead of the mundane “how are you” or “what can I get for you.” Her customer service felt like a human interaction rather than the calculated responses you’ll typically get from service workers. Here everyday and always nice service.
It is May 2025: And how about I just recently found out that this location is a DRIVE THRU ONLY Starbucks! I am not a Starbucks fan and never go there ….But I DO Go to other stores in this plaza….And I often wondered why the line was so long. I just don’t get it? I don’t understand why people would sit in their car in a line so long that snakes all the way down and around the plaza parking lot, for sometimes upwards of an eight dollar drink! What a waste of money and time.
