We all know that Starbucks is a chain, but this particular one feels like a family-owned coffee shop/bakery because of the warm and caring people that work here. I am free to bring my work here, and consider it my very comfortable "satellite office". The lady at the counter was super rude on Jan 28 around 6:30pm. I’m always going to Starbucks but this location, I felt very un-welcomed
