I stop at this Starbucks all the time and it honestly feels like more than a coffee run. The staff is always warm, friendly, and they genuinely love on their customers. Nikki & Christina always greet me by name and already know my order when I pull up to the drive-through. The rest of the team (I’m blanking on names!) is just as awesome and welcoming. Consistent service, great energy, and it’s clear they care about people.
Fast and had order ready
The new “customer focus” as promised by the CEO is clearly NOT here yet. An atypical starbucks … they just cant get the drinks order right. It’s not even worth ordering drinks. One could order WATER & get an “extra … like … a broccoli…? & arugula?! latte w/ like lettuce foam & …OMG … like an extra shot? of like a blonde espresso…?! Like totally sooo yum?! Right..?! “ “No Ice” here is the same as “A TON OF ICE” except for the anti-ICE (gov) labels, tags & innuendos everywhere. So much for “ USA, USA, USA”
