I rarely leave reviews, let alone bad ones, but when it take 25 minutes for a single coffee to be made, something had to be said. It would be one thing if they were crazy busy inside, but it wasn't. If there was an option to cancel my order, I would've because it shouldn't take 25 minutes to put together a simple cold brew drink. Unacceptable
Drove all the way in from the freeway - noon on a Friday “ getting ready to open “ hmmm ?? Loads of excuses which is fine things happen but one expects better of Starbucks
I don't normally even go to coffee shops, because most of the time I view them as an unnecessary extravagance. That being said, sometimes do pick up Starbucks when on the road or otherwise traveling. Starbucks is generally very reliable and consistent, regardless of location. The store inside the Williamston D&W on the other hand was terrible. My wife and I stopped in yesterday and we both ordered caramel macchiatos. What we instead received was a cup of frothy milk with some caramel on the top. There was so little little es... read more
Any time I have come here recently I get the mocha and it just tastes like mud in a cup, i've had the mocha from here before so I know it shouldn't taste like that!
