What makes a Starbucks branch stand out? I guess: staff (very welcoming as of Jan 2020), coffee quality (typical burnt flavor which I hate), space (quite a few tables but not spacious yet clean), service (wifi, of course), and environment (a dozen homeless people reside at the metro station right across the street but that did not bother me yet.
