Same person messes up my husbands coffee twice and makes faces at him when he says something about it. He buys Trentas and they fill it halfway with cold foam. He had no time to take it back to get fixed because he had work so I’m leaving a review. I was a manager at Dunkin and her attitude along with the service she provides is ridiculous. I been coming to this Starbucks sometimes in the morning order though online an order and it just so rude that we paid for our order because coffeee in Starbucks is expensive man , and this morning I don’t want to be rude or anything I’m not sure if it’s a he/she but they were wearing a black hat like a fancy one and black leggings also glasses. Staff friendly. Nice seating.
Had an disappointing experience here. I ordered breakfast online and waited almost 20mins. I only knew it wasn’t available until I approached one of the stuff after a long wait. The staff felt sorry and gave me a $4 gift card that when I try using it for a drink I realized it has nothing in it.
