Used to come here a lot, but it seems like with the staff change they look more miserable there now, the attitude is uncalled for, giving the benefit of the doubt because it seems like they are short staffed, the drinks came out still good but the atmosphere was not.
Ordered a matcha latte and it was badly made - it was filled with bubbles and the only drinkable part was a sip on the bottom. When I asked the staff to remake it she gave me attitude and said 'what do you want me to do, that's how it is because you asked for no ice'. She offered to add more milk but even if you do you can't drink that airy nothingness. Next time remake the customer's drink without getting in your feelings. walked in around 6 - 7 pm on August 19th
I always ask for light ice, but they still put so much ice in my drink. More than half of the cup is ice.... This is the third time this has happened. I've been coming to this place for three years, and it wasn't like this before. The atmosphere has gotten nicer and nicer, though.
The Barista Sage is extremely rude and she does not care about customer service. She talks to customers as if she is so entitled. Let me remind you that because of customers you have a damn job. Or should I call you Emily since you keep covering or changing your name tag.
