This is the only location that the barista knows how to make my strawberry matcha with my dairy and gluten allergy. I got the non-dairy cold foam mixed with strawberry puree and oat milk. It was the perfect amount of sweet and strawberry puree on the bottom too. My go to location for when I want to get a matcha.
I rushed to Starbucks and arrived just before closing to use my birthday reward, only to be met with completely dismissive service. Even though I showed clear proof in my account that the reward was applied, the cashier named Max refused to help and seemed more focused on the clock than on assisting me. Right at 9:00 PM, while I was still trying to resolve the issue, he cut me off and told me to come back the next day, even though the reward expires on my birthday. Not a good taste so slow in preparation of the order but finally give you something that you will end up throwing it away
I go to this Starbucks every morning because i dont have a car but if i did i wouldnt go to this one ever again… ive been going to Starbucks for the past 15 years and ive never been so disappointed and annoyed….
