This is the absolutely worst experience I have ever had at a starbucks. I did a mobile order so it would be ready because I didn’t have much time. I placed the order at 8:23am, it promised to be ready by 8:30am. By the time I arrived at 8:35am it was not ready and I was patient. I did a mobile order for 2 drinks and a sandwich. I waited for almost 20minutes before they finally said they were out of ingredients for one drink and weren’t going to make it. They didn’t even offer a refund initially until I got upset. The manager helped but the service before that was completely unacceptable.
Busy morning but they were keeping the line moving.
I had a disappointing experience at this location. When my order was called, the barista asked for my name to confirm pickup, which is fine, but then asked me to recite exactly what I had ordered. I couldn’t recall the specifics immediately, so I showed him the order confirmation on the Starbucks app which displayed my name and the items I’d purchased. Might be the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They work in slow motion. Took 20 minutes for a cold brew and an espresso shot.
