You made me wait 20 minutes only to tell me me that you never put in my order even though you charged my card for it. And when I asked for a refund you said sorry but did nothing to show you are sorry for it.
Wait time for frap was 25min when the cashier said it would be 5. There wasn’t a long line at the time and only one cold drink came out before mine while I was waiting. Wouldn’t have ordered if I knew it would take that long.
Guy named Jon working there was incredibly rude. Awful service.
