They dont know what they're doing here. They didn't take names, orders were messed up. I got about a thimble amount of the cortado, and they forgot to put the pistachio in it.
Man, I hope the two working were just having a bad day today. The service was so aggressive I felt as if I should just walk away and leave them alone. Literally bullied me into a drink and I didn’t get what I was trying to order. Both employees barked at me throughout the entire process. Yikes. I hope they have a better day tomorrow.
You made me wait 20 minutes only to tell me me that you never put in my order even though you charged my card for it. And when I asked for a refund you said sorry but did nothing to show you are sorry for it.
