This location refuses to make mobile orders before they take care of the line in store. If that's the case, turn off mobile ordering. I waited 35 mins for a simple black cold brew. I watched person after person who ordered before me get their food and drinks. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Awful service.
This is the absolutely worst experience I have ever had at a starbucks. I did a mobile order so it would be ready because I didn’t have much time. I placed the order at 8:23am, it promised to be ready by 8:30am. By the time I arrived at 8:35am it was not ready and I was patient. Then by 8:45am I started to get a little aggravated and asked the employees how much longer it would take. I was straight up ignored and not responded to. I did a mobile order for 2 drinks and a sandwich. I waited for almost 20minutes before they finally said they were out of ingredients for one drink and weren’t going to make it. They didn’t even offer a refund initially until I got upset. The manager helped but the service before that was completely unacceptable.
Busy morning but they were keeping the line moving.
