I visit this Starbucks early three times a week since I work nearby, and I’ve always had positive experiences until today. Today I ordered a grande iced chai latte with oat milk and requested a simple customization (3 pumps of brown sugar and 1 pump of the original). The fact that they closed one hour early and didnt even want to explain for us and people stay at the hotel is disrespectful i hope the management sees and know they aint the only coffee shops here and this aint one way to run your bussiness and this is coming from a bussiness owner
Staffs were so rude and look like they don't want to take order
