They changed the powder for matcha latte. They didn’t tell me this when I was ordering, and I waited there for 30min. It genuinely tastes like trash.
The staff here is rude and unkind. They act like you are bothering them by ordering. Easily the worst Starbucks personnel I have witnessed.
The staff at this store has sadly a very bad costumer service. They always seem in a bad mood, and often get the orders wrong.
