Lost my order for a black coffee twice and were rude. There is a much better coffee place at 18th & Willard two blocks away. Go there.
Best Starbucks employees I’ve ever run into anywhere! They all know your name and exude friendliness. This Starbucks at 16th and U St. is very small, but it does have some limited seating. It’s my favorite Starbucks in all of DC!
There is a seating area, but it’s not being used.
I love going here as soon as I arrive in DC to visit my son down the block.
