Ordered a matcha latte with strawberry foam and oat milk. What I got instead was clumps of straight matcha powder and no strawberry foam. It was a mobile order so I’m not sure how it can be messed up this badly. Way to go Starbucks.
Bunch of protesters took it over. The drink are same ole same old but it took forever to get our stuff.
So I'm not understand how you can constantly mess up mobile orders. I understand a rush in store and maybe moving a bit too fast, but messing up an order you have to confirm doesn't make sense to me. Every time the order had been messed up. The most recent one being what was supposed to be a white peppermint mocha. This isn't even coffee. It's hot chocolate.
