Great service!! They were extremely busy and we still fast and friendly.
I come here a lot because its convenient but the caramel macchiato i always get ranges from terrible to okay. Its always a little different. Then today, i noticed that there was a sticker inside my coffee. I wont be going back
So packed in the morning, service is horrible, coffee comes out slow. I waited in line, some chick formed a line on the other side of me, and instead of taking me the blue haired cashier took the other girl. I don’t have time for this in the morning just go anywhere else.
I was wondering why/how a starbucks would have less than a 4 rating and I then I found out why. The guy at the counter acted annoyed we were even there and hardly acknowledged us as we ordered. He asked several questions about our order that we had just said because he genuinely was not listening. He then acted annoyed when I asked again if the bread could please be warmed up after not paying attention or saying anything the first time. I have been visiting this location weekly or biweekly for over a month, and there appears to be a consistent issue with customer engagement and service standards. On multiple occasions, there has been no greeting upon entry, and even when I initiate a “Good morning,” it is not acknowledged.
