This was my first time at this Starbucks and I usually always order a white hot chocolate mocha And I’ve been to numerous Starbucks and I always get the same drink and it always taste the same but this one was off. It had no sugar in a coffee, and tasted weird

I order a caramel macchiato and I got an ice coffee when I inform the team they were all arguing back and sent me back to the register. I ask for a refund very bad experience.
Came today to get an ube coffee and the barista had an attitude if you don’t want to serve you better do something else
