Today I went very happily to buy a coffee and a soft drink, but the lady who was serving completely ruined the day. She was very rude and annoying, and even though we thanked her, she didn't even respond. I definitely won't be back.
Paid for extra caramel and didn’t get it, the worker tried arguing with me but I didn’t have time I had to go to church. I wanted a refund but I just took it because he was causing a scene over me being dissatisfied with my order.
