The customer service isnt the issue here this location seems to be understaffed for the amount of customers that come here they need more hours allocated to do more hiring im regional manager of a pet store so i see the cracks. Also no 2 baristas here make drinks the same there is like ONE GOOD barista, thats the real crime.
I went there to grab coffee latte around 7:29pm poor customer service not timely response and after lengthy wait they told me there is no coffee latte
Worst Starbucks EVER, came in around 3:30 in the afternoon and the Starbucks employee refused to take my order because she was waiting to switch shift with someone else……I don’t think that’s a valid reason to deny an order?? Me and other customers literally were denied to even place orders. Worst Starbucks experience ever, will not recommend, will not come again.

Why even have hours if you’re not going to follow them? I went at 7:30 and waited till someone came out at 7:40 to tell me they were closed. Be so serious.
