I ordered a Focaccia sandwich and coffee from this store this morning, but the sandwich was nothing more than bread—there was practically nothing inside it. When I asked the cashier if the sandwich I received was the same as the one in the photo, they looked me right in the face and brazenly lied, claiming they were the same. This store is staffed by shameless liars; it is an absolute disgrace that they insisted—while looking me straight in the eye—that the sandwich they gave me was identical to the one in the picture.
