UPDATED: I would like to thank the Starbucks team for answering my comment, taking care of my claim and reimburse me the drink. Thank you! PAST REVIEW: I usually grab my coffee here. I usually grab my coffee here. The staff at the cashier are very nice and attentive. However, regarding the baristas, this is the third time they've made my Iced Lavender Matcha without the lavender foam (which is basically the point of the drink). The first time, I said nothing. The second time, I complained, and they apologized and added it. This third time, however, the barista didn’t add it and had the audacity to tell me it was there, when it clearly wasn’t. Terrible.

this review is for the other starbucks by the hotel. it doesn’t show on google. the guy that served me was friendly and upbeat. not often do you interact with someone who is genuinely happy to be at their job and makes the best of the day. the layout of really nice and clean and spacious enough that you’re not squashed next to strangers. will def return every time i go to G-Town University.

One of the worst Starbucks. No. 1 Cannot redeem my stars at this location for some strange reason. No. 2. There are a lot of staff working there but only one gentleman is friendly towards the customers. My star goes to him. Others are not so friendly. No. 3. My sausage egg and cheese sandwich is ice cold inside. they remade it but the cheese was burned. It tastes like stone. I have never encountered this at other locations.
