After drinking my entire venti toasted pecan latte, which was so good! I got a surprise gift at the end. A piece of foil with “quality control” on it was in my drink. Very ironic. I’m going to take this as my sign to save my money from now on.
The service is just way too slow. Every order seems to take about 20 minutes to complete. Furthermore, most of the staff aren’t friendly.
Dropped my coffee, they immediately took care of cleaning and gave me my order again for free. This team is great.

I usually grab my coffee here. The staff at the cashier are very nice and attentive. However, regarding the baristas, this is the third time they've made my Iced Lavender Matcha without the lavender foam (which is basically the point of the drink). The first time, I said nothing. The second time, I complained, and they apologized and added it. This third time, however, the barista didn’t add it and had the audacity to tell me it was there, when it clearly wasn’t. Terrible.
