this review is for the other starbucks by the hotel. it doesn’t show on google. the guy that served me was friendly and upbeat. not often do you interact with someone who is genuinely happy to be at their job and makes the best of the day. the layout of really nice and clean and spacious enough that you’re not squashed next to strangers. will def return every time i go to G-Town University.
One of the worst Starbucks. No. 1 Cannot redeem my stars at this location for some strange reason. No. 2. There are a lot of staff working there but only one gentleman is friendly towards the customers. My star goes to him. Others are not so friendly. No. 3. My sausage egg and cheese sandwich is ice cold inside. they remade it but the cheese was burned. It tastes like stone. I have never encountered this at other locations.
