Came here last week with my 2 year old daughter. We like to come once a week. The staff is always friendly. But they really showed their true colors at our last visit— my daughter suddenly threw up in the lobby after drinking a smoothie pouch. It was bad. Not a little bit of spit up. Projectile. She never does that, so I was a bit embarrassed. But the staff didn’t shame us at all. They brought her some water and someone came to clean it up with the best attitude. We go there all the time. Recently the staff seem to have changed significantly. They are quite inattentive and not very friendly. The drinks came with cold foam all over the lid and no one seems to notice when handing them over.
Justin..the store manager was singing, smiling, and bringing such positive energy and I needed it! His attitude was genuinely contagious, and I left with a smile on my face. Thank you for making an ordinary Starbucks run feel a little brighter.
