Last time visiting this location! The drink I received was terrible. Tasted watered down as if the correct ingredients weren't used, or the proper amount wasn't used 🤮
I placed a mobile order ahead of time, expecting a quick pick-up. Unfortunately, after waiting over 15 minutes, my drink still wasn’t ready and I had to leave without it due to time constraints. Staff seemed overwhelmed or short-handed, and while I understand things get busy, a little communication would’ve gone a long way. I wasn’t acknowledged or updated at any point. Hopefully, this was just an off day—but it made for a frustrating experience
Its pretty sad when you can't get what you ordered due the barista (Daveta) being on the phone, (and/or gaming) while on the clock. My drink order came out wrong, but I didn't have the patience to reorder... There is ALWAYS an issue going to the Starbucks in Harris Teeter on M Street near the Navy Yard. Please correct the behavior at this location and provide the Starbuck experience we all deserve.
Opened late, had to wait 30mins on a mobile order. Couldn't cancel order. Staff was cavalier. I will not be back.
I ordered in the app to pick up on my walk to work. When I got there, there was no one there. After looking for 10 minutes, I have up. Still waiting on a refund.
