I was traveling through and obviously I'm not a transient. I asked for the code for the restroom and the cashier wouldn't give it to me until I agreed that I was gonna buy something. It's sad really what HAS happened and what IS happening in Southern California. I know why you use discretion, but another system needs to be put in place.
