I was surprised with this location, they usually don’t have their shit together but they must be under new management because this location is one of my favs now ^_^
One of my favorite starbucks in LA. The coffee is always good, and Samantha, the manager, lights up the place with her positive attitude and outstanding service. I love being here because of her and her amazing staff, especially Josh, who's brilliant smile and electric positivity absolutely lights up the room and can make your day!!
Very nice staff.
The girl working the register around 4:30pm on April 13th was so rude and annoyed at me any time I asked a question or for clarification. The store wasn't busy or anything either to justify her demeanor.
