Dumped all coffee 25 mins before closing. Not even black coffee left…they even told me they just dumped it. What is happening to businesses?
I had a terrible experience at Starbucks today. I visited around 4 pm and ordered 5 caramel ribbon crunch and summer skies drinks. The woman at the counter told me she didn't have coffee and gave me 3 non-coffee drinks instead. When I asked for a larger straw, she yelled at me and refused to provide one. Despite ordering 6 drinks, she didn't give me a cup holder. When I mentioned that I would write a negative review, she was dismissive and told me to leave.
