I arrived to pick up my order at the time the app said it was going to be ready only to find nobody at the counter and my drink and food nowhere close to be ready. After 5 mins of asking around turns out the “barista” was just sitting next to the starbucks without the uniform so I had to ask her to prepare my items and with a rude attitude she stood up… so there go a waste of 20 mins of my life
Unfortunately the people here are so grumpy and rude. They are constantly having problems with the food they order with most times everything being frozen solid so they can’t sell it. But its mainly that all the employees look and act MISERABLE! ☹️ no ones demanding bubbly smiles. But when you ask for anything they act like they have been grossly inconvenienced. They argue with you & are just unpleasant! If they are so unhappy, they need to do the work and find a new job away from people.
This place opens at 5am. I was there at 5:40 am and the staff was pissed off that I even showed up!! Attitude right out of the gate, eyes rolling and not talking back. Excellent way to start you day.. thanks to “Selena” the amazing barista, I’m never going back there.. hope this helps y’all
