Don’t trust the mobile order status here. Twice in a row, I was notified my drink was ready, only to arrive and wait because it hadn’t even been started. The counter was overwhelmed with backed-up orders and waiting customers. If you promise fast, convenient service, you have to follow through. I won't be back.
7 employees focusing on the Drive Thru line.. 0 assisting the walk in customers. I ordered through the app.. the app stated my order would be ready at 12:10. 12:20pm no drinks ready, no assistance given, and to top it off one of my drinks sat for 10 minutes till they realized I needed another drink. All 8 employees simply looking at the walk in customers, and simply ignoring their presence. Drive that extra 5 minutes to the next Starbucks trust this one not it!
I placed an order on their app this morning and the feminine dude in the front didn’t acknowledge me. I saw he put my drink in someone else’s bag and gave it to the wrong person. Had to ask another employee who works there for my drink to be remade. I love Starbucks but they need to hire more proactive people.
