Dear Starbucks Support I’m writing to report an issue I experienced today with a mobile order that was never fulfilled. I placed my order through the Starbucks app, and the estimated wait time was 15 minutes. Nice people, but they're understaffed and always take forever even if you make an online order. It took so long. I had to leave without my 1 8oz coffee
Came here to study but it is always so loud with the music blaring. Service is good but seems more like a club.
