I came here on a busy afternoon (there was an event going on), and the employees had every reason to feel overwhelmed. Despite that, the barista greeted me with such warmth and outstanding customer service! Thank you, Jaylen, for your kindness. You made my day!

The staff at the 2049 Starbucks are the nicest people in the whole world. They make my morning every day!!!
I generally get good service here. However, I was surprised to be required a minimum purchase for a cup of water, despite having already made purchases since I work in the building. I think there should be made an exception if we can supply receipts for the day, versus having to make another purchase.
All the workers are so nice and they make a point in remembering peoples names and orders!
