Bought a hot tea this morning and went back to get a hot water refill and was told I have to purchase another tea to get more hot water. I’ve never had to pay for a hot water refill before and it’s ironic because Starbucks famously gives away water if it’s cold. Makes no sense.
Always a pleasant experience. Friendly workers. Morning barista is the best, always friendly, writes nice words on a cup. After visiting them for coffee, I'm returning to the office in a good mood. Million stars to people who work here. The best!
The baristas at this location are some of the kindest and hospitable I’ve ever encountered at any Starbucks. Service was efficient, my drink was delicious, and the store was spotless. Thank you for the barista drew this on my cup, you really made my day!! 🥰
