From my experiences at this particular location, they can't make a simple order correct. Every time I come to this location, my order is always wrong. Nothing complicated but they always are missing the main thing for my drink, which ar the espresso shots. Maybe training needs to be revisited or possible slow down (but no one was in the store needing service and I ordered it on the app).
They struggle to follow drink instructions. I tried to switch to a simpler drink and they constantly screw that one up too. Even when the remake it, it’s worst than the first time they made it.
