I went there today for a blonde roast with two blonde shots, cream and honey. I did not receive my two blonde shots. Because I visited the drive thru, I called back for a refund of my two shots and nobody cared to answer the phone. Let me be clear, they were not busy either! Don't visit this location. Each time I come there, something negative takes place. I see why Starbuck's is closing so many of their locations. With LACKLUSTER CUSTOMER SERVICE which is what you receive here, this location will be closing soon. . .☕️
