This is THE worst Starbucks I’ve ever gone to! I just wanted to buy beans while shopping at Market 32 where this shop is located. Buying the beans at store check out put a $10 surcharge on the $14 bag of espresso…cancel that, I’ll pay at the Starbucks register…they apply a 25% tip on the 2 bags of whole beans…I question that and I can’t opt out. So I cancel the order completely, so they refund the cost of the beans…but NOT the $6 tip. So now I’m out $6 for getting bad service. AVOID this place.

I heard one of the worker telling the person in the register tell her that we don’t have cold foam I don’t want to make it with attitude. I feel that was so disrespectful because I paying for my drink and she should not talk in front of customers. That happened on 12/09/2022.
