For Mgr Kaitlin & District Mgr Victoria--- I wish to compliment you both for your employee Lucille. This kind & discerning woman literally made a really hard afternoon I was experiencing feel like a blessing.. She's perfect. The iced coffee i ordered was gross but that was my fault . I apparently can only enjoy a coffee at Starbucks during the holidays .. Thank you Lucille for demonstrating true customer service in this day of usual arrogance from young and old employees who dont even know how to count back your change.....
New clean location without indoor seating. A barista with dark curly hair and glasses was super sweet and helpful. They completed the order quickly and I didn’t have to wait. Convenient and all you could want in a drive thru Starbucks.
There is a Barista at this location that seems to hate me. She won't look at me and barely acknowledges me in the drive-thru. I've always been polite, so I have no idea what I've done to make her dislike me so much. I don't come here as often anymore because I absolutely dread seeing her at the drive-thru window.
