I don’t know why, but every time I come to this location, I ask for light ice, and then I get my drink and the cup is literally filled to the brim with ice! I scooped it out and there’s literally only half of the cup full when it’s a Venti that’s not OK. Any of their other locations for example, the one on Brookside and the one on Utica Square they always follow instructions and when I scoop it out there’s a significant amount left over.
