Koda is amazing. She’s always so thoughtful and helpful. She keeps a smile and always gives the best customer service, she’s one of the reason that I come to this location along with the other staff. So thank you Koda.
This use to be my favorite location but not anymore. Terrible service. A barista had the audacity to tell me how to order something when I’ve been ordering Starbucks since 1999. You just lost a customer today
This Starbucks has some of the most inconsistent delivery in town. The entire point of Starbucks is to be able to get the same thing at every location. I've gotten 3 cappuccinos in the last week. First was perfect as ordered, second had way too much milk, left just now, and they essentially gave me a drink filled to the brim with steamed milk. Go to the Brookside location instead
