I live in OKC, but I did a job here in Tulsa and I went and got a coffee after at the Starbucks and the girl that took my order and the girl in the drive-through had some of the best customer service. They were so sweet. I’m not sure if it was the same girl or not, but the girl in the drive-through window had blonde hair and pigtails and she was just so kind. I wasn’t even having a bad day but somehow she made it better and that’s good customer service! I also never leave reviews lol.
Pretty good Starbucks. They do standout though for the WORST parking lot and drive thru flow! Good luck on a morning visit if you don’t have much time. They need more space!
Dont care for their coffee.
