The new manager; Randy, is definitely making the atmosphere a very toxic one! I’ve been going to this Starbucks for over a decade and it’s always felt welcoming…a very small town feel, especially when the previous manager; Michelle was there! The staff are always friendly and great. The problem is the store was redesigned to facilitate a more on-the-go atmosphere. There is inadequate space to stand in line and order. The number of tables and chairs was significantly reduced. This used to be a place I could come and relax and socialize, now it’s chaotic because of the shrunken space and it seems like Starbucks’ general attitude is to eliminate that community feel. Disappointed.
I had several amazing experiences visiting this location because of the staff. I made sure to get all of their names. Jordan, who is super sweet and always has a smile on her face.! Drake, also extremely friendly and very attentive. Last but definitely not least is Silver who goes out of his way to make sure I have everything I need! Just wanted to take a moment to highlight these hard working baristas for all that they do!!
Meah. There are many truly delicious coffees in other cafes. Try them. This place depends on name recognition and ubiquitous presence.
