What I mean is, if you say you close at 5 o’clock, then all of your services should be made available until 5 o’clock. Unless otherwise notated somewhere readily available for the public to read.
Service was subpar. After giving my order to the wrong person the kids had attitude to me for asking for my order to be made again. Not the best training probably on customer etiquette as previous times I’ve been here have been great. Super long wait times. After remaking my drink, it was made wrong again and I had to wait even longer: probably 30+ minutes to get my one tall drink. Again - previous experiences were good
Found hair in my coffee. So unprofessional. They better start wearing cover for their hair
Workers were very kind and assisted me well with my order. 10/10 would stop by again!
