The store didn’t feel clean overall there was a large trash can overflowing, and the general hygiene was concerning for a food establishment. The staff also seemed uninterested and unfriendly when taking orders.

I got a silver cup and some coffee from Elizabeth. Since my hands were full, I asked if she had a bag. She said she didn’t, so I asked again just to confirm if there was at least a plastic bag for my cup. She told me to get one myself from the checkout area. Honestly, I don’t think it’s the customer’s job to fetch a bag for a purchase, especially when you’re already carrying things.
