Frankie and Christian were great!
As I entered, there wasn’t the friendly greeting. You normally get a most Starbucks. As I asked for my coffee, waited a few minutes until someone from behind the counter stopped the personal conversations to assist me . I then proceeded to order my blonde roast with heavy cream on the side . Next, I asked for the bathroom code so I can use their facilities to wash up my hands . Super friendly staff.
So, my husband and I went into this starbuck, and asked if we can use the restroom, and my husband took out his money to buy something and the girl in the counter said "Sorry no, we have no restroom available here" I could not belive it, my husband buys their food all the time, and reading others complain they were denied bathroom access is no excuse. No one should be denied a basic human need anywhere. Don't waste your money, starve them to death of their business because that's how they treat their customers, how disgustin... read more
