This is my 3rd time visiting this location while shopping downtown and sadly this location has missed the mark every time. Something is consistently off with these drinks in comparison to other Starbucks locations. Maybe some additional Quality and customer service training would help.
The WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Terrible service, they don’t even have a restroom for customers and the coffee wasn’t drinkable. Asked for a refund and they refused. Do not waste your time or money here!
