Latte was perfect and the staff could not be nicer.
I rarely write bad reviews, but this is by far the worst Starbucks we’ve ever been to. They messed up every single part of our order - our order was 2 normal lattes and 2 pastries (not heated). They added syrups we didn’t request to our lattes, so they had to remake the lattes, and then they forgot our pastries. We reminded them about the pastries and then continued to wait an additional 15 minutes until we decided to leave due to total incompetence.
