I live 90 minutes from Chattanooga Tennessee..I always stop at your downtown store ..we arrived b4 noon and your store was out of all the good dessert..
Unfortunately, I will no longer be a Starbucks customer. I have always gone to this business for coffee and recieved great service and good coffee. Today, my friend and I went into this Starbucks to ask for a cup of water. We had been marathon training downtown and were very hot and dehydrated. We were told by the employees that they are not allowed to give away a cup of water without a purchase.
