Place is closed forever. No starbucks
The coffee is worth going out of my way when I am in town. The roast is excellent, the baristas are technically superior and the advice/knowledge is superb. The one thing holding this place back from 5 stars is the customer service. I get it, these team members grind it out (pun intended) and deal with some pretty intensely pretentious crowds and long days/long lines etc. Mix in a few smiles and less attitude (which is not a requirement to be a gourmet, high end coffee establishment).
