I asked for a small water and was refused because I didnt make a purchase. This place isnt even that busy and its a mess. Been here for the past hour and not once have I seen anyone check the lobby.
In my opinion, this is the best Starbucks in Thousand Oaks. They are quick, efficient and provide superior customer service as compared to the other locations in town. If you want a coffee from Starbucks than this is a great option.
despite the fact that all the staff were free, they completely ignored me and continued to chat pleasantly among themselves
The staff here are really friendly. They look like they enjoy working here and if you’re a regular they know your name and order upon arrival. *queue cheers theme song*
